The Sheffield Branch of Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a Specialist PMLD School, seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and resilient practitioner to join their team!

The school provides education for young people who have severe and complex learning difficulties – Including emotional, cognitive, and behavioural related needs.

The school is located in Barnsley and surrounded by good transport links – therefore a driving license Is not required for the role.

The role:

-        Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday-Friday (Part-time roles also available)

-        Pay: Between £80-100, dependent on experience

Candidate requirements:

-        Relevant Qualifications or SEN Experience

-        It is desirable but not essential to have training in the following – Team Teach, Positive Handling, Makaton Signing, First Aid Training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
