Are you a Maths Teacher with a passion for unlocking the potential in every student? The Permanent Workforce Resource Team at Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a highly successful SEN Trust, entrusted with finding exceptional candidates for a brand-new independent specialist school in Rudgeway (BS35) opening in Spring 2024.

About the School: The school is dedicated to catering for students aged 8-16 with ADHD, ASD, Asperger's, and SEMH needs. As a Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment, where students can thrive academically and personally.

Position: Maths Teacher

Location: Rudgeway (BS35)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging Maths lessons, adapting to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and support the academic and social progress of students, providing tailored interventions when necessary.
  • Inspire a love for learning and empower students to reach their full potential in mathematics.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in Maths.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly ADHD, ASD, Asperger's, and SEMH needs.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive educational experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
