SEN Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for SEN Learning Support Assistants in Burgess Hill. The role involves working closely with children who need additional support to access their education.

Main responsibilities:

• Support academic, social, and emotional development

• Provide 1:1 and group support in lessons

• Work alongside SEN specialists to implement strategies

• Encourage pupil independence and resilience

Ideal candidate:

• Previous SEN or care experience (advantageous)

• Calm, patient, and nurturing personality

• Enthusiasm for working with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
