SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 LSA) – Addlestone | Full-Time

A popular SEN secondary school in Addlestone is looking for enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, who wants to make a real difference in a vibrant school environment.

Role Details:

• Location: Addlestone

• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm

• Start: ASAP

• Position: 1:1 support for pupils with SEN

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

• Previous SEN experience essential

• Thrive training or similar therapeutic experience highly desirable

• Patient, positive, and supportive approach

• Passionate about helping pupils thrive academically and socially

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
