1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistants – Addlestone, Surrey – Full Time – Immediate Start
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistants to join supportive school settings in Addlestone, Surrey on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils with additional needs, providing tailored academic, emotional and behavioural support to help them thrive.
The role involves supporting students on a 1:1 basis, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs, assisting with EHCP targets, and promoting independence in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and wider professionals to ensure each pupil receives consistent, high-quality support.
We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs)

Are patient, resilient and confident managing behaviour positively
-
Are available full time (Monday–Friday) and can start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
