This specialist setting supports children with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, sensory processing difficulties, and moderate learning needs. The Role

As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who need extra support to access learning, regulate emotions, and develop key social skills. You'll play a vital part in creating positive experiences that help children thrive both academically and personally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging 1:1 and small-group support.
  • Help pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience.
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
