  • Are you an FQT or NQT looking for work in SEN schools?
  • Competitive pay rates – up to ÂŁ150 per day
  • Unique CPD Opportunities

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher to work within a specialist SEN School in Leeds. The school caters for pupils aged 2-19 with a range of Special Education Needs including Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Global Developmental Delay, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and Sensory Impairments.

The school offers a highly differentiated and sensory based curriculum, so it is essenital that you have a sound understanding of planning to meet the individual needs of SEN learners. We welcome applications from Newly Qualified and Fully Qualified Teachers with both Early Years, Primary and Secondary specialisms. Due to the specific nature of pupils's needs, you will have previous experience of either teaching or supporting pupils with additional needs, and you will be comfortable providing personal care and supporting pupils during meal times.

Just a 23 minute drive from Leeds City Centre, the school is also easily accessible by public transport (situated along local bus routed from Leeds and North Yorkshire)

Teaching Personnel have been providing quality supply staff to schools in the UK since 1996, and as a registered member of Teaching Personnel, we can offer you:

- Regular supply work across Leeds

- Pay to match your experience (up to ÂŁ150 per day)

- Work in schools to match your teaching style and ability

- CPD opportunities accredited by NASEN, Team Teach, Leeds Trinity University and The National Autistic Society
