Teaching Personnel work with several schools in the Llanelli area which are in need of experienced teaching assistants. Many of these schools work on a behaviour support scheme which introduces a teaching assistant to a class to particularly focus on improving behaviour with certain groups of pupils. Team Teach training would be advantageous, however if you do not have this training Teaching Personnel is running a course during the Easter holiday which you can enrol on to gain this qualification. Ideal applicants would have their own transport and be happy traveling around Carmarthenshire if necessary.
