The young people at this school can display challenging behaviours that are shown through verbal and sometimes physical aggression. Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviours is desirable and will benefit when working with the young people within the school.
The teaching assistants may be supporting within class or, if more suited, with the outreach team supporting young people with their social and emotional development in the community.
