SEMH Behaviour Support Assistants Wanted – Flexible & Rewarding Work 
Help young people overcome barriers and achieve their potential

We’re seeking dedicated and resilient SEMH Behaviour Support Assistants to join our network of specialist schools and alternative provisions on a flexible, day-to-day or long-term basis.

The role:

  • Support children and young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs

  • Implement behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques

  • Build trusting relationships to encourage positive behaviour and engagement

  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
