We’re seeking dedicated and resilient SEMH Behaviour Support Assistants to join our network of specialist schools and alternative provisions on a flexible, day-to-day or long-term basis.
The role:

Support children and young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
-
Implement behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques
-
Build trusting relationships to encourage positive behaviour and engagement
-
Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies

Has experience in SEMH, youth work, or behaviour support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
