Salary: £90-100 a day (Dependent on experience)

Are you a recent graduate eager to inspire and support young people in their learning journey? We are seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Middlesbrough, and help create a nurturing, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Supporting pupils both 1:1 and in group settings, helping them achieve their potential.
• Collaborating with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

• Applying and developing your own subject knowledge while gaining practical classroom experience.
• Contributing to a safe, respectful, and harmonious learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• A relevant degree or equivalent (a degree in education is preferred but not essential).
• Previous classroom experience (desirable but not essential).
• A commitment to promoting values such as respect, kindness, tolerance, and ambition.
• DBS check (or willingness to apply)
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of classroom management and pupil behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
