Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our partner schools in South Bristol. Our schools strive to provide outstanding educational experiences for all students and are seeking dedicated individuals to help achieve that aim.

Whether you have classroom teaching experience or have worked with children in another capacity, we want to hear from you!

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged
  • Deliver captivating pre-prepared lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment
  • Apply effective behaviour management techniques to encourage positive learning

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have experience working with young people
  • Enjoy leading and motivating others
  • Hold GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Be adaptable, dependable, and resilient
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
