Job Title: Secondary Teaching assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our students both academically and personally.

- Someone with experience in care roles or youth coaching — your background in understanding and supporting young people is invaluable to us.
- A compassionate individual who can connect with students on a personal level and inspire them to reach their full potential.
- A team player ready to work closely with teachers to create a positive, supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning and personal development.
- Build trusting relationships that help students feel understood and motivated.
- Assist teachers in classroom management and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support tailored to individual needs.
