Secondary Supply Teacher (QTS) – Bournemouth

Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your teaching career? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to support a secondary school in Bournemouth from September 2025.

About the Role:

You’ll be covering a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom routines, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported. The school promotes an inclusive environment, and you may work with pupils who have additional needs, including mild to moderate SEN.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively

  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners

  • Ensuring the continuity of learning during staff absence


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
