Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide invaluable support to classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons for students with SEN.
• Offer one-on-one assistance to students with SEN, supporting their academic and personal development.

• Assist with behavior management and social integration to ensure the well-being of SEN students.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary; we welcome individuals who are enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students with SEN.
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
• Effective communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A deep commitment to the well-being and development of secondary-aged students with special needs.
