We are seeking Teaching Assistant to work across secondary schools in south Manchester and Macclesfield, supporting students and teachers in the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a schools. We are looking for candidates interested in full-time work.

What does a Teaching Assistant do?
As a TA, you’ll work closely with teachers to support learning, help manage classroom behaviour, and provide one-to-one or small group interventions. You’ll assist with lesson delivery, encourage student engagement, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning space
• Assist with resources and lesson preparation

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for graduates)
• Experience working with young people or in schools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting education
