Secondary Teaching Assistant:

A specialist Secondary school in Oxford are currently looking for a teaching assistant to join them from January. The school caters for mainstream students however there are a number of students with a range of additional support needs.

A number of students have Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and behaviour needs so the school are looking for a confident teaching assistant who would have the ability to engage and build relationships with these key pupils.

The school believe that they can help students maximise their potential through a nurturing and encouraging environment and are looking for individuals to join their team who will be able to work closely with communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.
