Job description

Are you a graduate or undergraduate considering a career in teaching?
Our Future Teachers Programme is available to all graduates and undergraduates looking for a pathway to teaching in primary, secondary and special education needs (SEN) schools, with graduates of all subjects welcome.
What you will gain from the Future Teachers Programme;
- Up-to 1-year graduate support role, prior to beginning your teacher training programme the following year, with one of our partner schools.
- Monthly pay of up to £1200 and access to free or heavily discounted CPD training
- A fantastic insight into the world of teaching, experiencing various educational settings.
- A sense of your suitability for this profession and a great way to find your preferences in an educational role.
- Pride from supporting young people in their pursuit of academic and social success.
- An appreciation for the challenges and rewards experienced by education professionals as they strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for their pupils.
We have partner schools in Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Gainsborough and surrounding areas in Northern Lincolnshire so there are plenty of opportunities.
You will be supported by your school fully and will have a dedicated consultant with Teaching Personnel if you have any problems. Traditionally, the Future Teachers Programme is over a full academic year so you will need to be available to your chosen school for that academic year. However, if you are looking for experience and can't dedicate that kind of time, we can help you gain experience on a supply or short term basis.
If you would like any further information please reply with your most up to date CV or call 01522 244682.
