Science teaching role - Ilford - Catholic School - Sept 19.

Science teaching job at 'Good' graded Ofsted Catholic school in Ilford from September 2019.

Rate: £120 - £21 per day.

  • Are you an NQT Science teacher seeking to kick start your career in teaching Science, or are you a experienced science teacher based in Ilford, North East London, looking for a new teaching opportunity this September?
  • Have you got experience teaching Science to secondary school students, with a proven track record for producing above average grades?

If so, Teaching Personnel are seeking a Science Teacher to be placed within our Catholic client's Secondary school in Ilford. The Science Teacher role will involve teaching student's ages 11-16, with a range of different academic abilities, within our client's high achieving secondary school.

  • Science Teacher required to teach the AQA Curriculum to Key stage 3 and 4 students
  • Secondary school located in the North East of London - Ilford.
  • Competitive pay, paid through our PAYE scheme on a weekly basis (£120 - £215 per day).
  • Teaching Science of any specialism - Biology, Chemistry and Physics to bottom to top set students
  • Full time position on a temporary basis, with the opportunity of earning a permanent role

The head of the Science department is seeking a Science Teacher to fill a long term sickness vacancy. The successful Science Teacher will be joining a strong, hard working and forward thinking Science department who always puts their students first. The position will be originally on a temporary basis, with the opportunity of a permanent role if you get on well within the Science department.

The ideal Science Teacher we are looking for will;

  • Have previous experience teaching the Science AQA curriculum to secondary school student's
  • Have a proven track record for producing above average academic grades
  • Have a confident classroom presence to engage with all the students, getting the very best out of them
  • Be able to produce fun and interactive lesson plans to interact with the students
  • Be able to commit to a full time Science teaching role
