Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a highly regarded school located in the heart of Milton Keynes who are committed to providing exceptional education to its students. The School is seeking a talented and motivated full-time Science Teacher to join their vibrant faculty. As a member of the team, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students, nurturing their curiosity and helping them unlock their full potential in the fascinating world of science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and innovative Science lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Instil a love for science by fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment in the classroom.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence, supporting their progress and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive science curriculum.
  • Utilize modern teaching methods, technology, and practical experiments to enhance learning experiences.
  • Encourage student participation in extracurricular science activities and competitions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Expertise in teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience is a bonus).
  • A passion for science and a deep understanding of scientific principles.
  • Strong communication skills, both in the classroom and with colleagues and parents.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
