Science Teacher

Teaching Personnel are excited to be seeking a passionate Biology, Physics and or Chemistry Specialist Teacher in Cambridgeshire.

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established secondary education provider based in Cambridge, to appoint an engaging Science Teacher. In order to apply for this position, you must be able to teach Science to GCSE and A-Level.

Your Role

• Teaching  the GCSE Science curriculum to pupils between the ages of 11-16 years
• Planning lessons
• Preparing resources and communicating with any additional supporting staff
• Marking work and mock exams
• Keeping sure pupils are engaged in every lesson

Essential:

• You must have QTS
• Experience of teaching Science to GCSE

Desirable:

• Child Only Enhanced DBS (if not, you can apply for this through Teaching Personnel)
• Experience of teaching Science to A-level
