Science Teacher – Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: £140–£220 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys sparking curiosity and helping students explore the world through science ✨
The Role:
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
- Teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as required
- Encourage practical learning, investigation, and critical thinking
- Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support the wider science department where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Science
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
- Recent experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
