Join the thriving Science Department of a large secondary school in Salford, supporting pupils aged 11–16. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Science teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.

Role Overview

The successful Science teacher will:

• Teach a full timetable across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE)
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Science lessons
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning abilities
• Monitor pupil progress and report outcomes to the Science department
• Contribute to the wider school community with a proactive, professional approach

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Both experienced teachers and ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply. Full induction, support, and ongoing development will be provided.
