Science Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Science to join one of our progressive and inclusive secondary school in Oldham on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 

• Promote a positive learning environment that supports progress and attainment for all students

• Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives

• Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 

• A passion for Science and a commitment to excellent teaching and learning

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A reflective approach and willingness to embrace innovation and professional growth

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
