Science Teacher – Poole
Full Time | January Start | Permanent Opportunity for the Right Candidate

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a well-respected mainstream secondary school in Poole as they seek a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time position with the potential to transition into a permanent post for the right person.

The school prides itself on its inclusive culture, strong pastoral support, and a dedicated staff body who work together to ensure every student thrives. They are looking for a teacher who can bring Science to life across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning.

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Science across a range of abilities at KS3 and KS4

  • Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that support student progress

  • Work collaboratively within a friendly and forward-thinking Science department

  • Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement

  • Show commitment, enthusiasm, and excellent classroom practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
