Full-Time | Teaching Personnel | Work Across Schools in Exeter

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of partner secondary schools across the Exeter area and are looking for enthusiastic Science Teachers to join our team. These opportunities provide the chance to work across different school settings, with placements matched to your experience, availability and preferred subject specialism.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Teach Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics depending on your specialism.
• Plan and deliver lessons that engage and challenge pupils.
• Support practical learning and develop pupils' scientific understanding.
• Assess pupil progress and provide appropriate feedback.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and maintain effective behaviour management.
• Work across different partner schools in the Exeter area.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS or have relevant teaching experience.
• Have strong Science subject knowledge.
• Be confident teaching at secondary level.
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be adaptable and comfortable working in different school environments.
• Be passionate about helping pupils develop their knowledge and confidence in Science.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
