Science Teacher- ASAP Start- Full Time- Coventry Secondary School
We have an exciting position available at an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" mainstream secondary school based in Coventry (CV1) for a fully qualified Science teacher to join their dyanmic and inclusive Science department.
We are seeking applicants who:
- hold a UK QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- have recent, relevant experience teaching Science within a UK secondary school
- have strong behaviour management skills
- have excellent subject knowledge and knowledge of the national curriculum for Science
- are able to commit to a full-time position

You will be responsible for:
- the planning and delivery of excellent, engaging science lessons that cater to individual needs and year groups between years 7-11
- regularly assessing and tracking pupil's progress
-providing insightful feedback to the pupils, supporting them with their learning and progress
- managing classroom behaviours effectively, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- collaborating with colleagues and contribute to a supportive departmental culture
- participating in whole-school activities and professional development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
