Ignite Curiosity – Science Teacher Role in Bournemouth
Are you passionate about science and ready to inspire the next generation? We are seeking a Science Teacher with QTS to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school in the Bournemouth area.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering you the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic learning environment.
About the Role
You will be teaching students aged 16 to 18, delivering engaging and practical science lessons that spark curiosity and encourage independent thinking.
The school is recognised for its commitment to excellence and its supportive approach to both staff and learners. Some weekdays may have varied finish times, adding flexibility to your schedule.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle, due to the school’s location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
