Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Science lessons (KS3-KS5) across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (specialists welcome).

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and follow pre-set lesson plans when required.

  • Potential to transition into long-term or permanent roles for the right candidates.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong subject knowledge in Science (ability to teach Combined and Triple Science preferred).

  • Flexibility to work on short notice and across different schools in Croydon.

  • Proactive attitude and commitment to safeguarding students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
