Job description

A Children's residential home situated in Lymington are currently looking to appoint Residential Support Workers to start as soon as possible. Experience working in a children's residential setting, care home or specialist PRU is desirable but not essential as long as you can display high levels of emotional and physical resilience. Due to nature of the needs of the Setting the home have requested that applicants have a level 3 qualification in health and social care or are willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.

Due to the nature of the needs of the children the ideal residential support worker will have:

- Team Teach training (Teaching Personnel can provide)

- Experience working with vulnerable pupils IE personal experience, experience in residential/ PRU's or SEMH Settings

- A can do attitude and strong physical presence

- A willingness to get stuck in

- High levels of emotional and physical resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
