About the Role:

• Teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Foster critical thinking, respect, and open dialogue in the classroom

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student body

• Support the moral and spiritual development of pupils in line with the school’s values

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Has a degree in Theology, Philosophy, Religious Studies, or a related subject

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for RE

• Is committed to delivering a broad and balanced curriculum

• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills

• ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
