Teaching Personnel are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time permanent basis.. The successful applicant will be joining a team of talented Recruitment Consultants and supportive managers who are always striving for excellence.

Teaching Personnel are UK's leading education recruitment agency providing teachers and classroom support staff who have chosen us to help them find work in UK classrooms. Our mission statement captures the essence of what we do, the services we provide and what is really important about the work undertaken by our branches.

Due to growth and increasing demand from our clients, we have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join us in our Bristol office.

To be successful, you will be:

  • Experienced working within a sales environment
  • Ambitious, assertive, positive and passionate about the candidates you are providing to your clients
  • Driven to succeed with a strong work ethic
  • A good communicator and extremely organised.
  • A valid full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle (we will also consider applicants who are currently learning to drive).

Additionally, you will need to have a Teaching Personnel review performance regularly and you will qualify for promotions 4 times per year, we have a specific career path for Recruitment Consultants to progress and become branch managers. Our business is organic and almost all management started their career at Teaching Personnel as a Trainee Consultant.

The Salary of this role will be £23,000 ote, In addition to a market leading reputation and salary packages…
