Full Time | Term Time Only | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Start After Easter Half Term
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a small, friendly and welcoming primary school on the outskirts of Maidstone. This lovely local school prides itself on its supportive environment, close-knit community, and positive atmosphere where both staff and pupils feel valued. Due to ongoing needs, they are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, playing a key role in the smooth running of the school office. This is a varied position that combines reception duties with general administrative support, as well as assisting across the school when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front office and greeting visitors
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as registers, attendance, and record-keeping
- Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Providing additional support around the school where required
About You:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good IT skills
- Able to multitask in a busy school environment
- Previous admin or receptionist experience is desirable (school experience is advantageous but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
