Qualified Secondary Teachers – Staffordshire

Location: Staffordshire (including Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth, Stoke and surrounding areas)
Pay: £140 – £200 per day (dependent on experience & role)

Are you a Qualified Secondary Teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply or long-term placements?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting subject-specific QTS teachers to support secondary schools across Staffordshire. Whether you’re seeking flexible supply to fit around your lifestyle or a longer-term role within your specialist subject, we have opportunities available.

We’re recruiting across all secondary subjects, including:

  • English

  • Maths

  • Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

  • Humanities (History, Geography, RE)

  • MFL (French, Spanish, German)

  • PE

  • ICT / Computing

  • Business Studies

  • Creative subjects (Art, Music, Drama, DT)

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject specialism to KS3 & KS4 (with some KS5 opportunities)

  • Plan, prepare and assess where required (long-term roles)

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Contribute to student progress and outcomes

  • Work flexibly across a range of local schools depending on your preferences

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS or recognised UK teaching qualification

  • Subject specialism at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Adaptability to work across different schools and environments

  • Commitment to supporting student learning and achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
