Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel are partnering with primary schools across Northampton to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who are passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom. About the role: 

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment 

  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement teaching strategies

  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback


About you:

  • Fully qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

  • Able to teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Passionate about education and supporting children to reach their full potential

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to teaching

  • Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEND)

Safeguarding requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (Update Service preferred – assistance provided)

  • Two professional references from the last 24 months

  • Overseas Police Check if applicable

  • Permanent UK residency required

This role is available immediately and may be offered on a temporary or permanent basis depending on the school’s needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
