Job Title: Full-Time Primary Teacher                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Location: Llanelli & surrounding areas (within 30 minutes’ travel)
Start Date: October 2025
Pay Rate: £166.32 per day (M2 scale)

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with our partner schools in the Llanelli area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable teacher who thrives in different classroom environments and enjoys the variety that agency work offers.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Adapt quickly to new schools and classrooms, supporting pupils’ learning from day one.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Recent experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude to agency placements.
  • Own transport is essential, with willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from Llanelli.
  • Available to start from October 2025.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
