Qualified Primary School Teacher – Full Time

Location: Bedford
Start Date: Immediate | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Primary School Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Bedford? We are working in partnership with a number of welcoming and well-established primary schools across the area who are seeking committed and enthusiastic teachers to join their teams on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs to work within supportive school environments and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.


The Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL

  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals

  • Promote pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school

  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Is adaptable, reliable, and committed to raising standards

  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
