Locations: Stoke-on-Trent, Keele, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Hanley, Trentham, Meir, Blythe Bridge
Pay: £90 – £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-day and full-time opportunities (temp-to-perm available)

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience working with children and young people? We have a variety of opportunities in mainstream, SEN, and SEMH schools across North Staffordshire.

These roles are ideal if you’re considering a career in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or Teaching.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement

  • Assist teachers with lessons and interventions

  • Help students overcome barriers to learning

  • Provide structure, consistency, and encouragement

  • Collaborate with SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external professionals

We’re Looking For:

  • Psychology graduates eager to apply theory in real-world settings

  • Empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent individuals

  • Strong communicators who build positive relationships

  • Calm and resilient in challenging situations

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
