The Role

Teaching personnel seeking Psychology graduates for a TA or Behaviour Mentor to work alongside student with highly complex SEMH/ SEN/ ASD/ PMLD pupils based in Plymouth. They are supporting the children in developing their academic, social and life skills to prepare them for the transition to life outside of education. The ideal candidate

  • The ability to enthuse, inspire others and have a ‘can-do attitude.
  • A genuine desire to help/support pupils' learning and development.
  • Resilient and able to work well in challenging situations.
  • Experience working with young individuals within SEMH or SEND is excellent but is not essential.
  • Commitment to helping every student progress and achieve.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
