Locations: Leatherhead, Redhill, Horley
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Dates: Immediate and September starts available
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with children and young people with additional needs?

We are currently recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants to work within SEN and SEMH schools across Leatherhead, Redhill and Horley. These roles are ideal for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Mental Health, Social Work, or Teaching.

The positions involve supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges in both classroom and therapeutic settings.

The Role:

✅ Providing classroom and 1:1 support to students with SEN/SEMH needs
✅ Supporting pupils with behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
✅ Building positive relationships and acting as a consistent role model
✅ Assisting teachers with learning activities and behaviour management strategies
✅ Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

Psychology graduates or related degree holders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, patient, and empathetic individuals
Some relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals preferred
⚽ Experience in care, support work, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or education is highly beneficial
❤️ A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
