Job Title: Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield/Rotherham
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time/Day to Day/ Long Term
Salary: £80-100 per day

Teaching Personnel is collaborating with specialist schools in need of teaching assistant roles. We at Teaching Personnel can provide flexible work that caters to a range of needs, such as full time, part time, permanent, and temporary roles. These roles offer a unique opportunity for graduates to apply their knowledge and passion to gain experience in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Support: Classroom activities, working alongside teachers to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Assist: Provide targeted assistance to students with varying learning needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize Knowledge: Use Your understanding of mental health to contribute to the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies.
- Identification and Support: Assist in the identification and support of students with additional educational needs.
- Collaborate: Work with teaching staff to create a positive and engaging atmosphere within the classroom.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, education, or a related field.
- Passion for supporting students' educational, social and emotional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within an educational setting.
- Previous experience in a school or educational environment is advantageous but not required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
