Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain experience within a school located in the Bolton area? Do you have a passion for supporting pupils? Are you looking to make a difference in pupils learning journeys?
If so a Good school as rated by Ofsted, located in the Bolton area is currently looking to appoint a graduate teaching assistant to support pupils within their year 3 class. Pupils within the class have some behavioural needs and have difficulties building relationships with others.
A successful applicant should:
- Hold either an educational or psychological degree
- Have experience working with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Have a caring and understanding nature
- Be approachable
- Have strong communication skills
- Be experienced or have techniques in order to support pupils with behavioural difficulties
- Be adaptable
- Be able to support the school ethos and be able to become part of a strong supportive team
This role is perfect for any graduate looking to go on to complete a PGCE or who is looking to gain further experience of working within school in order to pursue a career in educational psychology.
