Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Askern, Doncaster, who are seeking a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a primary school setting.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience)

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and progress

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting

• Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about education

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

• Be available to work full time, term time only
