North Sheffield (S3, S4, S5, S6 & S35)
Through Teaching Personnel
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Start Date: 23rd February 2026
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a supportive and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across a range of friendly and inclusive primary schools in North Sheffield, covering the S3, S4, S5, S6 and S35 areas.
This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.
The Role:

Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons across the primary age range
-
Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required
-
Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
-
Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
-
Opportunities available for day-to-day, short-term or long-term supply, depending on availability
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
-
Has previous experience working in a primary school setting
-
Demonstrates a caring, patient and proactive approach
-
Is reliable, adaptable and able to work well as part of a team
-
Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
