Primary Teachers Needed - Lancaster & Surrounding Areas

ECTs and Experienced Teachers Welcome

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Primary Teachers to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive schools across Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth, Garstang, Heysham and surrounding areas.

Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build classroom experience or an experienced teacher seeking your next challenge, we have a range of opportunities available to suit your needs.

We are currently supporting schools with:

  • Day-to-day supply cover
  • Short-term teaching assignments
  • Long-term roles
  • Temp-to-perm opportunities
  • Permanent teaching positions

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching within EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (or are an ECT looking to gain experience)
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Are adaptable, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality teaching

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: £120 - £180 per day (dependent on experience and role)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
