Primary Teacher – Full-Time Role in Bournemouth, Dorset
Start Date: November 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working alongside a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Bournemouth, currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from November 2025.

✏️ Role Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to Year 5 pupils

Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback

Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
-
Take part in CPD sessions and contribute to the wider school community
Who We’re Looking For
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A confident, adaptable teaching style with the ability to differentiate effectively
-
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 or 2 curriculum
-
Competent in using technology to support and enhance learning
-
Positive classroom management and strong leadership skills
✅ Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching Year 4 or within Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements encouraged to apply)

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
