Primary Teachers – Flexible Supply Work 

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your work?
Do you want to make a real difference in local schools while maintaining a healthy work–life balance?

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to join our flexible supply team, working across schools in East Cornwall.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Available a minimum of 3 days per week

  • Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • ✅ A genuine passion for teaching and supporting all pupils to achieve their best

  • ✅ Flexibility and confidence to work in a variety of school settings

Experience with SEND and adapting learning to meet the needs of all children is highly desirable.


The Role:

As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS–KS2

  • Ensure high standards of teaching and learning in line with school policies

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community

  • Have the opportunity to work on day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term placements depending on your availability and preferences
