Primary Teacher – Swansea Area
Location: Swansea & surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time preferred (Part-time considered)
Travel Required: Must have own transport and be willing to travel a minimum of 30 minutes
Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? We’re seeking a flexible and committed educator to work across various primary schools in the Swansea area, covering all Key Stages (Foundation Phase to Key Stage 2) as required.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking to gain diverse experience in different school settings, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of primary year groups
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school communities
- Embrace the variety and challenge of working in different school environments
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ability to teach across all primary key stages
- Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to change
- Own transport essential – must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes
- NQTs are strongly encouraged to apply
Desirable:
- Ability to communicate in Welsh (not essential but an advantage)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
