Primary Teacher / Learning Support Assistant / SEN Support Staff

A welcoming primary school in Kingsley, Frodsham is looking to recruit dedicated Primary Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and SEN Support Staff to join their team on both supply and long-term contracts. The school prides itself on its inclusive approach and strong community atmosphere, ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated to succeed.

Staff work closely with children who may require additional support with communication, emotional regulation, and social development. The school values creativity, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils across all areas of school life.

The Roles
• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range
• Deliver targeted interventions and classroom support
• Assist pupils with SEN and SEMH needs within lessons and group activities
• Encourage confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
• Work alongside teaching and pastoral teams to support pupil progress

Ideal Candidates Will Have
• QTS or previous experience working in education or support settings
• Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude

Requirements
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Relevant childcare, education, or support experience preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
