Pay: GBP130 - 140 per day

Teaching Personnel are excited to present an opportunity for a Class Teacher to join a Primary School in Mitcham. This one form entry Primary School is based in Mitcham. Being a Church of England School, they have a strong Christian ethos and believe in creating a culture of love, respect, and wellbeing for their children. Nevertheless, they have a multicultural and diverse range of children who attend from many faiths and backgrounds.

The school was graded ‘good’ in their latest Ofsted report in 2020, and it was reported that pupils feel safe and happy in school and that they enjoy learning by keeping lessons exciting.

To be considered for this role you need the following requirements:

• Hold QTS or equivalent
• Have high expectations for student achievement
• Understand how children learn best and have good behaviour management skills
• Have experience and understanding of EYFS and KS1

• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

The school are hoping to find a talented teacher to work alongside the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership team, continuing to raise quality and standards to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
